About
Jasmine Global Partners Corp. was incorporated in Florida in 2026 to work across borders — between the United States, Central America and the Caribbean.
José Antonio Soto Pérez
Engineer with twelve years running a plastic recycling and plastic lumber plant as co-founder of CNA A-TRES in Cuba. He led the South-South technology transfer of that model to Belize and Honduras under the GEF Small Grants Programme (UNDP), training technicians and communities and supporting the new plants.
He combines that shop-floor experience with a background in software engineering and process digitization.
